Alright, when your bulking are you supposed to do any aerobics at all or are you supposed to do light aerobics like walking? Then when your done bulking and then it comes down to cutting whats the differnce, more aerobics and thats it or does it have something to do with your diet? Then when your done cutting are you supposed to bulk back up? So basically I just need some help on the bulking and cutting up cycle and help would be helpful.

You say you going to do something to do the guy tomorrow? (like talk to him, or ask him out) you take deep breaths on that day, and then when you get there, your heart beats fast and you can't do it?
