Feed her breakfast a little later than normal- usually you probably feed her as soon as she gets up- buy yourself a little time, even if it's 10-15 minutes. Feed her lunch a little late and dinner a little late. After dinner, give her a bath where you play with her and she should then be on schedule time wise. I would be more worried about not getting her to eat- eventually that bad habit will take a toll on her health. Try to keep her food "colorful", baby carrots, diced tomatoes, even chicken soup- kids love to play with the noodles. Good luck with your daughter.

She is fine and this is normal. I also have been dealing with this. Try to gradually increase her bedtime every night by just 15-20 minutes. Is she waking in the night?-if not, I really wouldn't worry too much. However she probably should still be napping, those little ones use up so much energy in a day--mine still needs 2!
It is VERY common for preschoolers not to eat much, just keep offering her a variety of HEALTHY foods, not a lot of juice or sugar, those calories will fill her up and cause her to eat less.

She is too young to go without a nap. After she wakes up in the morning, about 6 hours later put her dawn for a nap.Try it for a week or so,to get her used to it.

little ones generally do indeed rest for the time frame they need as you should remember from birth
if doctor feels there is no need to be concerned - time has a way of changing things dependent upon growth

she is fine its just that she is used to going to bed at that time so just play games with her or dance and jump around with her.
