It depends on what you're arguing about and how you both are reacting to the arguments. I have a friend who has opposite opinions than me when it comes to politics. We argue about issues quite often. But we never get angry with each other. We just know that we disagree. We both make our points, then let it go. We agree to disagree. If the two of you can be mature enough to do that, great! You can have a long friendship. But if you can't argue without getting angry, you need to find a friend who shares more of your opinions with you. Or, agree to not discuss the things you know you disagree on. Good Luck!

It depends on the situation. If it's boy he may like you and is just covering it up. If it's a girl she most likely jealous or something, or if your going away, people tend to pick fights when someone is leaving it's easier to say good bye. If not any cases then maybe that person isn't the best friend to have.

I keep repeating myself. The only friends you have is mom and dad. This other person is just an acquaintance. Acquaintances come and go.
So don't try to make things sweet between the both of you. Move on and fight about other things.

Friends usually lift each other up and support one another.
But, a good friend will also be completely honest with you.
So it depends on what kind of "fighting" you're doing. But, in general, if you are "fighting" it's probably not much of a friendship.

Doesn't sound like a friend, but you didn't state what you fought about. If you fight over little things then no big deal, we all do that but, if it's over more serious things: boyfriends, family, etc., then you should find a new friend.

Notice when you're beginning to argue and figure out why. is it about a recent event? or is it just that you're personalities clash? Figure out the problem and try to solve it. if not, avoid him/her for a while. Let the arguing season past.

Get yourself some other friends if you feel that your friendship with this person isn't healthy anymore.

well, unless you 2 enjoy this type of activity, I would say you need to ditch your friend and find some new ones.
