How can taking a bath be bad at any time of the day?

No. Take a bath whenever you feel like it. I personally shower at night though. I tried showering in the morning once and ended up being so out of it that I got in with my bra on. That wasn't the sad part. The sad part was that I proceeded to just stand there half asleep for five min. before I even noticed or did anything about it. I'm not exactly coherent in the early morning. To the details you added, no you aren't more likely to get the flu or other illness after getting out of the shower in the morning. Showering after working out isn't somehow bad or doesn't shock your muscles either. Alot of people do it to refresh themselves and clean off all the sweat from their workout.

No, its good for you. I used to play soccer and I used to shower to take off the mud (by the way top tip......getting rid of mud on skin and hair? Pantene....it dissolves away!) then I would relax in the bath tub. Often, I would put some kind of muscle relaxant in the tub, like a deep heat kind of bubble bath so I wouldn't ache the next day, then I would rub lotion or baby oil, or if I was hurting, muscle rub into my legs.
I know this is more than you asked for :-0, I just miss my soccer days I guess and the extra excuse to lay in the tub!

There is no problem with taking a bath at anytime, but if you are taking a bath after exercise, just make sure it isn't too hot. You're already heated from your workout, and you don't want to overload your cooling system, so make that bath warm, but not steaming hot. Otherwise, have one whenever you wish.

Taking a bath is kinda girlie. Maybe you should think about taking a shower. Taking a shower is never a bad thing.

depends on how deep the bath is if you can drown in it dont bath after eating.

apart from that baths are dirty ,because you sit in your own filth, showers are much cleaner and you dont usualy fall asleep in the shower(although i did once)

and you can shower 3 times a day or more if you want.
with out harmfull effects apart from feeling refreshed and clean.especially after a good work out .

if you have a partner you can even work out under the shower
if you know what i mean.

personally speaking, I don't bathe very often...only when I catch enough rain water...it's kind of like my way of being one with nature or something.
