You say you going to do something to do the guy tomorrow? (like talk to him, or ask him out) you take deep breaths on that day, and then when you get there, your heart beats fast and you can't do it? You always force yourself and then you can't do it when you try to? Anyone ever experienced this or is it just me..? If you did, how did you reduce this stupid thing I hate it.

That's just like stage fright. You can't really get over it until you do the thing that gives you butterflies in your stomach. So just do it and get it over with.

Its called your feelings you cant reduce it but you can get over it. You need to build up your confidence thats all, so your scared of rejection. Think about it everyone gets rejected even those who you might think are totally beautiful and never have been rejected they are the same way feel the same way and have been rejected at least once. So take the deep breath and just do it with out thinking of the consequences.

Yeah, it happens to everybody at least once in their lifetime. Its just being nervous. Be confident! Whats the worst thing that could happen? He says no when you ask him out? If he does, then you dont need him anyways! Guys love confident girls, and they can tell if a girl is confident or not. Before you go to school i would suggest doing something that makes you feel confident. Example: going to the gym or something for yourself. Before your going to do whatever it is your going to do, take a shower, get nice and squeaky clean, spray your favorite perfume on, dress up nice, put your make up on and do your hair and wear some cute shoes (that always makes me feel good and confident) and make sure your having a good day, that way your confidence level is soaring! Good luck, and dont be nervous, get your courage!!!

Actually I am facing a similar problem. I try to force myself to tell my friend how I feel, but I can't because of fear of ruining a good friendship. The only thing I can suggest is write him or something. Just keep rehearsing it in ur head and when ur so comfortable to u like a second nature, then u will be ready to do it.

Well girl everyone has that if you don't then I would be worried about you. You just got to put yourself out there and realize you have nothing to lose. If it doesn't kill you it will only make you stronger. I usually just tell myself I can do this and no matter what happens it will all work out.
