I looking to build a detailed study of games children play in the late 00's, and just wondered what adults played when they were children.

Could you also give an age (when you were playing the games) and a location, it needs to be a sbit more detailed than the UK, I would say Scunthorpe, UK.

Thanks

I love my friends, I really do. They're loyal and they care (to a reasonable extent), but I'm the only one that seems to buy them presents for birthdays and Christmas.

My mother tells me I don't get anything in return and that I should stop giving, but that doesn't seem like the right attitude. What do you think?

Just moved into a new rental and the house has suspected asbestos tile. The landlord offered to put carpet over the tile, but hasn't offered to test the asbestos. Also, this tile is chipped all over the place and coming/breaking up in many spots. Can you simply put carpet over broken up asbestos tile? It seems like fibers can make their way through the carpet, especially if you use a vacuum.

thanks

Yes, you do get cheap ones if you book at least 3-4 weeks before your travel. But why the extortionate fee from around £94 for a single trip from Sheffield to London or Newquay to Sheffield, etc?

Everyone's into "going green" and it's one of the government's initiatives. Surely, people will gladly hop on trains than drive around if the fares are reasonable? It's ridiculous that airfares are so cheap these days. So why are train fares expensive?

Hello I am from Iraq and am a asylum seeker to Britain.

It has come to my attention that Britain celebrates the birth of Christ on the 25th of December and I find this deeply offensive to my sensibilities

How can we remove this christian festival from the calender so I dont get offended.

Why do the British do these things to upset us?

I don't know how many of you have read Ezekiel Chapter 1 and 10 but it describes Gods throne as a flying disc or "wheel". I believe that this is one of the places where people at that time developed the idea that Angels have wings because they had nothing to compare it to other than a bird or a horseless chariot or even a whirl wind. That being said I do not believe God or Angels are extraterrestrials. God created the Universe so all things to him are terrestrial, for all things are his. Just wanted to hear others opinnion on this subject.

Rev 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

God bless

i know im going to get alot of **** for this one but it has to be done, im yet im worried. I have a 6 month old neutered male (he was netured at 1 month before i even got him) and we had trained him to use his scratching posts and he was doing really well for the first few months, now its like we never trained him. We just had to replace our boxspring because he tore through the lining and into the wood, it finally broke! I want to get him declawed. We are renting so if he starts at the carpets or walls we'll be paying double what is would usually cost to have things fixed. I want to hear from people who have had there cats declawed. Like whats the down time, about how much did you pay, did they seem "mad", anything helpful you could tell me

Hedonism being a devotion to pleasure as a way of life. That can mean purely physical (lots of drugs, alcohol and sex) or psychological (mental thrills, superficial highs) et cetera.

My question is, what is wrong with pursuing a life devoted to pleasure?

Okay so I have two piercings, both on my ears. They're both on the lobe, so I guess I have two LOBE piercings then... well. I had pierced the first part of my lobe in August (all by my self :)... oh, and don't pierce it if you don't know what you're doing!!!)... and last night, I felt my ears look a little bare, so, I repierced the second part of my lobe. It was previously pierced, but it was halfway closed up. Anyways, Well, when the earring FINALLY pushed through, I heard a pop... which freaked me out because that never happened to me. And also, I was looking at the way the earring sat and it looked a bit lopsided to me. Oh, (haha) one more thing, I took out the earring to clean it this morning, and, when I went to put it back in, I couln't find the hole where it came out (ahh!). So, maybe it's just me, but, I think I may have pierced it a little lopsided. What do you think? Should I consult a doctor?

Im in college and I have a "love life" outside my schools vincinty. We're thousands of miles away, but we both live in the same city. I meet this special someone while I was and Still am, in college. I've always been the quiet type, sagittraus, and him, chatty, about EVERYTHING, Gemini. At first, we talked for hours, until the sun came up, both east coast and west coast. Now, I barely get 30 minutes. We've been talking for about a month. He wants me to open up and talk, when frankly, there isn't much to talk about being on two different sides of the US, and me being in th middle of the cornfields! I need to know some conversation starters, or something.Because I don't want to lose him.
