I have not slept much properly for the last year. I was on sleeping tabs anti-depressants, pain killers and all sorts last year. I know longer take any of the medication. I have black circlles around my eyes. I think it is lack of sleep. I have even stayed up for over fortyeight hours and when I have finally flaked out. I have only been asleep for a few hours not even six. someone must have a solution. I am desperate. I do not look well. But I feel ok.

i'm my g/f's 1st ever b/f and we're doing a long dist r'ship. we saw each other the other day and when we kissed she said 'it's been ages since i kissed a guy' as opposed to '....since i kissed YOU'. She then corrected herself to say she meant her brothers too.

Then last night we were talking on the phone, she was in her room when mid conversation she suddenly whispered 'don't fall'. This was familiar to me because she says that to me when we're together and i'm trying to move round her small room in the dark. so it got me to thinking there was another guy in there. she quickly said she was whispering to herself as she got out of bed and nearly fell. then she started being extra nice to me and a bit nervous.

am i just being crazy paranoid (i think probably yes - ldr messing with my mind) or could there be sth more?
