Yes, paraplegics can still have sex. Most do not feel it, but that is going to be a case by case basis.

yes people with paralizes from waist down and higher can have sex, sex is alot of things right! If they feel it or not is diffrent from case to case, anyway sex is a mind thing as much as physical thing so everyone can experience sex one way or another.
