Yes I do, because I am lactose intolerant. If I want to drink milk or eat ice cream, I have to take a Lactaid tablet first. I'm okay with hard cheeses. Tell your Mom to try some Lactaid if she really wants to drink milk. She can also try switching to soy milk. I have no problems drinking soy milk.

May have a problem with the hard-to-digest protein in milk.

Try drinking goats milk with smaller protein molecules, heat the milk to break this protein down or drink something healthier like soya milk instead.

The problem may be lactose intolerance and can be easily tested - it is quite important because much of you health and immunity depends upon the state of your gut lining for mineral absorption.

She is lactose intolerant. Very common. She needs to quite all dairy products for 30 days,, then 1 by 1 try them for 3 days in a row. I can mildly tolerate,Butter, Goat milk & heavy cream, yogurt..as long as I don't do them all the time.
I hope this helps her.
