I'm 100% sure you're asking this question with reference to `Emule' I'd strongly suggest that you use the inbuilt IRC programme of Emule to log into their help channel.. you'll get the best online, real-time help in there

I believe netstat will do that
Click start
Run
CMD
type in netstat
I can't remember all the switches, but you should be able to put in netstat /? and get the switch to provide the info you specifically looking

netstat -a
