Most people need affection but can live without it for a short time. GO give affection to an older person .Visit a nursing home and talk to some older ladies they will fill you with stories ! Ask them what their life was like long ago !You will make their day !

I'm gusessing this is just a hypothetical question, so I'll give you a hypothetical answer. Love is a weird thing. If you are not an affectionate person and want a non- affectionate spouse, then in all logic, this would work. However, if you need affection (like 99.9% of population) and are not getting it. Love will slowly fade. Love is an action though. It slowly grows with time. That's why arranged marriages work so often. They start out with "who the %$@#& is this person, to familiarization, then moves to respecting this person to liking the person, to loving the person. You see love is always moving forward. Lack of affection shows lack of action, lack of action is lack of love. Nuf said!

Yes u can but out of all the feeling the two u must have is Hope and Faith.Cause u can hope for affection and it gives the mind to keep having the faith to go on.

A person can live without affection, just ask 80% of the serial killers.
Affection is important in healthy developement of humans and hell animals thrive on it as well.

No, that would be terrible. I am single but I have a loving daughter thankfully to give and get hugs from. I miss having someone special to hug but I am thankful for my child.

You can live and survive without affection, but it would affect you. I wouldn't want to live without affection. I love the hugs and kisses I share with my daughter and husband. I would never want to live without it!

studies have been made, and concluded that the more love one has in his/her life, the longer the life. Make as many friends as you can.
