Hi...

For helping a friend with getting him a lead on an investor for a major project, this friend wants to repay me in kind with a sort of "finder's fee". Basically, he's giving me money for finding the investor. Say he wires x amount of dollars into my checking account. Regardless of this fact, is this or any amount under these conditions "taxable as income"?

Because many fans of football, baseball, etc. are youngsters, would it endanger or enhance the efforts of law enforcement?

Football Great Wants Justice
At 4 am on June 12, 2005, 30-year-old Scott White was gunned down during a botched robbery. His killers are unidentified, and there are few leads to go on. But Scott's family has a new weapon in their search for justice: NFL legend, Bernie Kosar.
It started with a chance encounter between Bernie and an old friend -- AMW Correspondent John Turchin, who's known the Super Bowl-winning quarterback since Bernie was a star at the University of Miami. When John ran into Bernie recently he told him about the case he was working on: the unsolved murder of Scott White. John mentioned that Scott's family was originally from Cleveland, and have been lifelong fans of the Browns, where Bernie played for years.
That's all Bernie had to hear -- he immediately offered to help in any way he could. On Saturday's show you'll see Bernie Kosar.

Pretend you're watching a movie trailer. Here goes:

In a place not to far from home
One girl
One guy
Both are not you're average couple.
Guy "Like oh my gosh, look at my hair, it so totally ruined."
Person "Wait a minute, you're...."
It started with a game
But soon went to complete romance
Girl "Don't let me knock you out"
What happens when two sexually different people hook up
Crowd chants "Gay and Lesbian rights, We want freedom"
From the directors of "There's Something About Mary"
Comes a flim about a really odd couple
Guy "I told you not to fall in love with me"
Girl "Too late"
Michael Rosenbaum
Angelina Jolie
IN

"Ada and Steve"

Rated R, coming soon at selected theaters.

(lol, it's about a gay guy and lesbian hooking up)

I am out of school at the moment and have not yet been able to find a job. I have searched online (those sites sometimes give the run around), done applications at stores (such as Walmart and Target), done a couple online (Best Buy, Party City, and Phillips Arena).
I have not worked in a retail store before, but I have a fairly decent work background, but mainly done workstudy work on school campuses.
I rather work in some casual (sort of dress down) retail store, so I can be around more people and interacting, rather sitting in an office getting sleepy often. I definitely not interested in food spots, because I will get sick from to much aroma.
I may have to apply again to the places I have already done, but I am getting frustrated, because if I do not get to working I will be out of college for a while....so if anyone have some great ideas for the Atlanta South area or some in the Atlanta Metro will be good.
My main problem is that I do not drive and transportation is an issue.
