There usually is a back up switch somewhere. Having model name would help. The key outside switch was used on 1980 something models on aftermarket units of alarms. It looks like a circular key slot something like your car doors. If you had details we could help further.

I think I know how you could turn off the alarm of your Honda car without using the remote control.
Just below the driver's steering wheel inside the car, there's a
button (red or black type) near the pedals. Once you've found
it, insert your ignition key to turn (like to turn on for the radio),
and press the button. The alarm, which is howling continuously, will then stop immediately.
Don't use the alarm for the time being, but drive the car to the
workshop or to the car alarm center to get it repaired or replaced
with a new one.
I hope this info helps.

If this alarm is a production facility alarm all you do is insert the door lock key into the drivers door and change the main to fasten and launch and which will close off the alarm. no remember if it incredibly is not any longer the production facility alarm i might disconnect the battery and then reconnect it to be sure if that would close it off. sturdy good fortune!
