Because many fans of football, baseball, etc. are youngsters, would it endanger or enhance the efforts of law enforcement?

Football Great Wants Justice
At 4 am on June 12, 2005, 30-year-old Scott White was gunned down during a botched robbery. His killers are unidentified, and there are few leads to go on. But Scott's family has a new weapon in their search for justice: NFL legend, Bernie Kosar.
It started with a chance encounter between Bernie and an old friend -- AMW Correspondent John Turchin, who's known the Super Bowl-winning quarterback since Bernie was a star at the University of Miami. When John ran into Bernie recently he told him about the case he was working on: the unsolved murder of Scott White. John mentioned that Scott's family was originally from Cleveland, and have been lifelong fans of the Browns, where Bernie played for years.
That's all Bernie had to hear -- he immediately offered to help in any way he could. On Saturday's show you'll see Bernie Kosar.

Athletes should stick with their sport;however they should cooperate fully with law enforcement and by example the fans of these athletes will do the same.We don't need pistol packing athletes becoming vigilantes.Security has become a major issue since 911.Honestly, some short tempered athletes could potentially fatal harm someone either unintentional or "lose it
' and injury or kie someone else. The same is true for some spectators
