Is there really any competition? Ok Van Helsing has the history and yes a great film. I suppose from a girls point of view hes a good looking chap, so he has that going for him too. Blade is a very dark character and is part vampire, so to be fair is probably the coolest. The second film had Luke Goss in it, so that could be good or bad ? However lets be honest only one of them was chosen by the powers that be. If i was a vampire i know who i'd like to be killed by, but then again maybe thats because i'm a bloke.

Are you serious?
Blade is the ultimate vampire slayer.
Buffy is cute and gives off the image of good self esteem for young woman.
And Van Helsing has the hunky charm.
But if you want a vamp dead with out a doubt...you go with the Day Walker.

I like Van Helsing and love Buffy. Blade, though, I'm not too fond of... I can't really say why though because I'm not entirely sure myself.

blade... he lost alot of his mscle in the last one but all 3 are still great.
van helsing was ok
buffy the movie is good but the show had some ups and near the end some deffinet downs
