No. No one has ever died from a panic attack. Stress taxes the body and isn't healthy, but you don't have a panic attack, get a racing heart, feel faint and die. Never happens.
Anxiety disorders and panic attacks are not mental or physical illnesses, they are simply behavioral conditions.

No one dies from a panic attack. Anyone who has seizures or a heart attack has other health issues going on. A panic attack is just a heightened response to the "Fight or flight" response we all have as a survival mechanism.

One time I had a really bad panic attack that gave me a seizure, so I guess that you can die from a panic attack if you have a seizure with it.

No, not from panic attacks. However, I truly hope that you are being treated and receiving whatever therapy and supervised meds are being recommended by an health professional. Anxiety and stress of this type sure are not recommended for your good health.
