My wood is not holding paint to well, and I would like to have siding put on, but I need the insulation (foam board) added too, as it is an older home. I wonder about the wood on there now, not letting the new siding sit level. Just wondering!!

I read some posts here and some suggested that we should not be using things with mineral oil in it.I purchased Ponds Moisturising Cream and used it on my face and seems to be ,moisturising enough.
But then I read it contains Mineral oil?
Should I stop using it then?
I am in my 20s and wanted to use a mosituriser to prevent wrinkes and have good skin.Also
Can I apply Vitamin E oil around my eyes...and would it help in any way?

my husband hurt his ankle and it is swollen like a bubble in front of his ankle bone and he is in bad pain. He went to the hospital and I am just waiting for him to get home, just wanted some ideas on what people thought it was.

I have just left a mcdojo after 2 years and am now training at a real school, My instructor is fantastic and has helped me build my fitness even though I felt like I was attending bootcamp somedays,(at the mcdojo I don't think I even broke into a sweat).. She has adjusted and greatly improved my technique.. (You pick up alot of bad habits when a place such as a mcdojo has a high instructor turnover rate and you learn style's from 9 different people).. Now I'm according to my Instructor I'm going through the Body conditioning stage, I am now kicking without shin pads (Lightly) and punching sawdust bags lighlty without gloves.. this combined with the rigourous workouts, I am going through the stage where I am feeling exhusted and all my joints are a bit achey, and some muscles that I didn't know I had feel tight.. I Love the sport and want to do my best, but really how long does this conditiong take while your body adjust's.. I never experienced this at the mcdojo??

Hi, I'm 14 years old and currently in my freshman year of high school. As stated in the title, I'm a loner. I have no friends. I am fragile and very sensitive to criticism of my character. During lunch, I sit in the hallway and read a book to pass time. I always look up and see people walking by. It's really painful. Sometimes, I think that they're thinking, "Look at that loser sitting by himself." I hate admitting the fact that I'm a loner. I don't want to spend my life being alone. What really hurts is when people you used to go to school with recognize you and ask you, "Do you hang out here oftenly?" Please help, no flaming please.

There is this irl that likes me and always flirts with me, but she is pretty ugly and no one likes her.

People are starting to talk and I think if she hears them making fun of her, and I think if she hears them she might think I was making fun of her too, which i'm not.

But I don't know what to do. I don't want to be rude and not talk to her. But whenever I do talk to her she thinks i'm flirting with her.

Is there any way to let her know I am not into her without saying it directly, or being rude? I really don't want to be mean to her.

I live in Halifax County in southside Virginia. My county is located in a very economically depressed reigon. About 75% of the people here are uneducated and there is a very large amount of african americans. The Virgina state governemnt does notrhing to help us. Meanwhile NOVA (Northern Virginia) has some of the richest people in the country, has the highest per capita income in the nation, and has the 2nd best education system in the U.S. The taxbase there is unbelievable and there is almost always a surplus of money. The Virginia State government never takes that money to help us poorer counties. Its almost if we dont exist. Why does the governemnt only help those that already have money?
