There is this irl that likes me and always flirts with me, but she is pretty ugly and no one likes her.

People are starting to talk and I think if she hears them making fun of her, and I think if she hears them she might think I was making fun of her too, which i'm not.

But I don't know what to do. I don't want to be rude and not talk to her. But whenever I do talk to her she thinks i'm flirting with her.

Is there any way to let her know I am not into her without saying it directly, or being rude? I really don't want to be mean to her.

Thanks for any help!

First of all I need to say that you are a very special person! Not many guys would be sensitive to her feelings and not want to hurt her. That is SO nice to hear. Secondly, you can safely speak to her if you are just up-front and honest in a nice way. Just tell her you are not someone who would ever hurt her feelings or make fun of her. Then just tell her you can be friends and speak together sometimes but that you like another girl and are not available to any other relationships. If she still insists on flirting, then tell her to stop or you will have to stop speaking to her and you don't really want to do that. I don't think she will want to make you sorry you became her friend. Good luck & I'm certain you will do the right thing!

First of all beauty is only skin deep. What is with guys? If she's not pritty then she's automaticly out of the question. But if you really don't like her and she wont leave you alone and she does have other friends then it's probably best that you tell her that you don't likelike her. It seems mean but seriously when a girl is really lonely and then a guy starts talking to her she will NOT go away untill she knows you don't like her. But if she doesn't have many other friends maybe you should just put up with it. You might be one of the only people to ever talks to her. Eventually she'll get more friends and be over you.

I think that you should go up to her and ask her about being in a relationship or dating?? somewhere along those lines. And then you say that you are not ready to date or have anything to do with any dating at all. Maybe she will get the point across.

Best way is to be direct.

Talking is alot like slaughtering a cow/chicken/turkey/polar bear.

There are many ways to cut it. T-bone, ribeye, bull's eye, left, right, top to bottom, horizontal.

So you can be direct and yet not hurtful or rude.

The faster you tell her the less embarrassment she has to suffer.

Talk about other girls in front of her. Talk about how you're hanging out with some this weekend and you can't wait. Make sure she knows you are not interested about her.

Just keep it cool with her, make it seem as though you are only friends, dont say anything. Do things that only friends would do, not lovers.

Date someone else or ask her for advice on another girl (be specific because if you say "there's this girl" she may think you're implying her)

Tell her that you just want to be friends. It's that simple.
