I need a few ideas to raise funds for our women's fellowship.

Our church has about 150 active members and about 70% of our members are women under 30. I would like some ideas to bring the group of women together as well as raise funds.

I have a question that's really been bugging me...?

I am a Christian. However, I do have some questions.
First, can all Christians agree that there is a such thing as DNA?
Our chromosomes are almost exactly the same as those from which we supposedly evolved from.
How is this so? I am just wondering, please provide honest answers.

Isotope Problems?

Element X has 2 main isotopes, the wighted avg. mass of element X is found to be 26.73 amu. Isotopes A is found to have a mass of 23.4 amu and isotopes B is =27.9 amu. What are the precentage of the isotopes?

My Calculations:
23.4A+27.9B=26.73
A+B=1 A= 1-B
23.4(1-B)+27.9B=26.73
23.4+23.4B +27.9B=26.73
4.5B/4.5=3.3/4.5

B= 0.73 = 73%
A=1-B
A=1-0.73 = 0.27 = 27%

I copied this from the board, I understand it but my only problem is how I would figure that A=1-B? Also is there sites were I would find similar problems?

what to do about some one who is lying to my face?

Ok so this girl, i'll call her jen*. she said she got in to FSU and i was happy for her, but today i found out that her GPA is even lower then mine... she always made me feel stupid because my GPA is not all that great, but her's is worse then mine and i am higher on the class rank then her. so there is no way she got in to FSU. she is lying and well there were 3 more girls there when we found out and they all kno too, but Jen* is still telling everyone even though half the school knows her lie now. should i tell her or let her make a fool outta herself the way she made me feel like all last year?

Question about a Lexus?

My son is looking at a 1999 Lexus something which is a 6 cylinder. I told him that I do not think that the car runs on regular gas, it must use premium. Am I right? It is a factor in which he did not consider.
