If you were a snake would you offer it by holding it neatly in your hand or would you grab it with your teeth while drooling on it?

They were not afraid of the animals. It was a tree of knowledge.
So this snake says, look i ate it and look what it did for me?
A lowly snake and now I can talk.
Just think what it will do for you? God just wants to with hold something good from you. Eat this it is good.

Wow, ok, possibly it had 2 legs and became quite human subsequently snake is like what they call a metaphor for the human ideas. subsequently it really is representative of the needs of our hearts. Eve wanted the fruit in her heart.
