If you are using Internet Explorer...
Tools --> Internet Options... --> General --> [Clear History]
and
Tools --> Internet Options... --> Content --> [AutoComplete...] --> [Clear Forms]
:-)
Ps: Writing with majuscules only, is very annoying to read.
Pps: Substituting digits for letters when you are asking a serious question, makes people think you are taking the piss.

Your keyboard must be messed up. But you can get rid of the history by hitting Tools (above) Internet Options and in bottom part of the General tab check clear History.

Hi. The arrow is not the problem, you just need to clear the info. In IE go to tools, options, clear history. Firefox is similar. UR w3lcom3

Is your "E" key broken?
I don't know how to get rid of the arrow, but if you are referring to your browsing history, you can delete it (assuming you are using Internet Explorer), by doing the following:
Click on "Tools", "Internet Options", "Clear History"
