no, it's not illegal at all ! it does sound kind of funny though, wouldn't that be marrying your brothers brother-in- law ? or your sister-in-laws brother? It's the same thing anyway!

No it is not illegal at all but will definitely confuse the relatives as they try to figure that out.

It happened to my family. When I tell people, they tend to think it's a hillbilly happening and it definitely isn't. :)

My mother's brother married my father's sister. My aunt and father are related; my mom and uncle are related. Their children became my brothers and sister's first cousins.

my moms sister and my dads brother were married at one point so no is not illegal.

No. Plus it not illegal to have fornication relationships with that guy, or his wife, or his parents or his animals either! It will only be illegal to do it with your brother. I hope you don't want to do it with your brother.....

No it is not illegal. My grandmothers mom and grandfathers dad married after my grandparents were married!
