first off i know im gonna recieve hate for this but im not racist i just want to know.
someone who i met who was argetinean told me that the majority of hispanics in countries which are around the carribean(cuba, costa rica, ecudaor, puetro rico etc.) except mexico look differnt from the majorityof hispanics from the acutal south america conitent, i had kinda of noticed this but i never thought anything of it.
now im wondering why this is?

p.s. if you are going to leave any answer saying 'who cares, why does it matter?' that sort of thing my reply to you is it isnt important, im not obessed with race but a person can still be curious about something whether its important or not

I have Telewest broadband, what items do i need to contect my laptop wirlessly to my PC? The laptop already has a card to search for a internet connection and I can connect to it say in like Mcdonalds or something. So do i just need a router?

I am going to buy the LINKSYS WUSB54GS & WRT54GSUK SPEEDBOOSTER 125g ROUTER AND USB ADAPTER SPEEDBOOSTER 125g ROUTER A from PC World for £40. Does anyone have it, and is it easy to setup?

Hello people, Since this is a great place to hear other peoples thoughts, I am asking for opinions for a friend of mine who is now a 4th grade teacher.

Her problem started when she was crying and upset at the fact that her first day was horrible. She told me that students were out of control, speaking out of line, using profanity, and making fun of my friend due to her nationality. I asked her if she had given any diciplinary actions and she told me every time the students misbehave, she would take out 1 minute of their recess time. I gave her my own advice but i think it is too extreme. Any ideas or ways she can be creative and still be effective?

this is my first night with my first puppy (yay!) and i am conflicted as to where to let her sleep. she seems to prefer the nest bed, but i have been reading a lot of websites that swear by the crate training method. her bed is in her own little room, but i don't want her to wander around during the night and poop/pee everywhere.. but at the same time i don't want to force the crate (that has a fleece throw as bedding and her toy) and make her view it negatively. so what's the best way to go about this? is it wrong to wait for her to fall asleep on her bed and then put her in her crate and bring her to my room?
