I have a partnership with 3 people. Ownership is 50, 40, 10. Bought land for 100k 10 years ago. Now worth 200k. I want to distribute the land to the partners(50% to one partner 50% to the other partner, and the other partner(10%owner partner) doesn't want the land, only cash). How is this transaction handled? And what are the relevant tax issues?

I need Bible passages on the importance of forgiving others and asking for forgiveness to those you've wronged. So I'm at this bar drinking vodka tonic's. I'm pretty hammered, but that's nothing new. This chick comes in and sits down right next to me, I'm figuring she's looking to party. I turn to her and say, whats a beautiful girl like you doing in a place like this? She then proceeds to throw her drink in my face... I was like "what the hell you stupid b@tch!"

She tells the bartender than I am harrassing her, and she pushes me and she kinda stumbles back trips over her purse than she had put on the floor and hits her head on the floor pretty hard, there is even a little blood on the floor. People at the table next to us burst out in laughter, point at her, and the girl starts crying. The bartender then has security come in and escort the girl out and gives me a drink on the house.

She got accepted ito nursing school and has to work when she is not at school. I know she is under a lot of stress. We saw each other 3 days ago for the first time in 7 weeks. She came to paint my niece's room. I was determined not to go, because she is the one who wanted the break. My sister called and told me that she kept asking why me and my little boy were not coming to see her. Me and her are both divorced and my little boy, who is precious, is from my previous marriage. I am 27 and she is 24. Needless to say, I loaded him up and went to see her, because my sister thought I should. It went really well, I asked if I could call and take her out and she said yes. I also asked her if she wanted me to call her everyday, and she said maybe not every day. I truly love this girl with all of my heart, but I don't want to push her away, but my patience is running out. I don't want anyone else, but I think maybe if I go out with someone it might make her realize I am tired of waiting. Help!
