the best manner i think is when I do sth in favour of her/him,she/he does sth to make me understand she/he still likes being a friend of mine!sometimes I do alot for my friends but they don't do anything for me.they even don't ask me if i feel OK or not!

One that actually listens and tries to help. So many friends listen to what you say, then respond with thier own simular problem which only takes the focus off what you were talking about.
