when pregnant! i know its okay if cooked on a pizza (for example) but what about mozzarella salad??

Mozzarella is OK to eat when you are pregnant. Mozzarella contains Calcium .Mozzarella salad...hmmm yes I think its good...Nice idea...thanks

I would think cheese or at least most cheese is ok, cheese contains things that are good for you, mainly calcium, and good for your baby also, but maybe you should check with a doctor or something first as there is mixed answers for this question.

The only reason you might not be able to is if it gives you gas. Sometimes when you are pregnant, the foods you ate before will give you problems. Just another one of the quirks of being pregnant!

but if your pregnant you have to remember that threres quite a lot of saturated fats in cheese.

As far as i know it is! And i knwo people that have - why would it not be? You only have to be careful with things that arent made with cows milk ( likes goats cheese etc)

u can eat any cheese that has been pasteurised. check the lable on the cheese. mozarella shud be fine.

brie and camembert r not pasteurised.

You can eat soft cheese when you are pregnant as long as it isn't mould ripened.
