I want to go there (16, 17, 18) through (22, 23, 24) of December...How much am I looking to spend and how hot is it there during then?

you can spend several hundred or several thousand dollars it depends on where you stay where you go and where you spend money, Honolulu is o.k. the north shore is really the place to go on Oahu but we prefer Maui.
