I have had gallbladder surgery. I had several problems with mine. The bloating that you are feeling is most likely caused from the gas that they use to help keep the stomache area inflated while they perform the surgery. If this is the case, make sure that you do plenty of walking around. This will help the gas be absorbed into the body and regulate the pressure that was once in the cavaty. Another possibility is that the swelling and bloating that you are feeling right now if it is not due to the gas is the inflammation of the surgery. Make sure that you don't over do it and with time it should go away. However, if you notice that you stomach area is becoming black looking or the blackness that you may already have seems to be spreading consult a dr immediately. Hopefully this helps to releave some of the tension that you might be experiencing. Just remember that when in doubt see your doctor.

Your gallbladder is the storage area for bile which is a digestive enzyme which digests fats. So essentially you have lost your ability to digest large amounts of fats. Lay off fats of every kind until your healing is complete. Two weeks isn't long enough. I had my gallbladder out and the surgeon told me I could eat anything I wanted. I had digestive problems for a whole year, especially bloating and gas and diarrhea. . I finally went to a female Chinese herbalist and she told me that I had to lay off fats. It seemed so obvious but the surgeon had led me astray. So I cut Waaaaayyyy back on fats and my digestion cleared up immediately. Sometimes I forget and start eating a lot of fatty foods again and then I'm reminded when my digestive system starts acting up. Also you may want to cut way back on your salt and take a diuretic herb like corn silk to help cut down on the bloating. Part of the bloating is probably a result of the surgery and will go down when the healing process is complete. Hope that helps and I hope you feel better soon!
