So a women I used to date, in fact was engaged to many years ago happened to be in town and we went out a few times for dinner and such. Anyway we are walking along downtown and out of the blue starts holding my hand as we are walking, then at another point out of the blue runs her fingers thriugh my hair on the the back of my neck. Sending chills up my spine. Is she interested or am I just imagining that she is making advances ?

I have made only the most subtle of advances a kiss here and there not deep kisses. Does she want more or is it my imagination ?

I'm not going to get into all the details, but my husband and I got in to a fight, police were called....now 3 months later we're doing better than ever, but the district attorny want to go all out on this one....Biggest problem is that if my husband goes to jail, or is put on probation, he loses his job....Anyway, my question is: our lawyer said that the only way the DA has a case is to subpena me, I'm the only witness. Of course I want all of this to be dropped.Our Lawyer said to just make sure I can't be found, so that the subpena can't be issued. So how hard will they try to find me to issue this subpena. I've heard that sometimes they will go as far as too sit in a lawn chair outside our house, is this true...I absolutely cannot be found.....Please do not answer if you don't have a clue what you're talking about...

I work in an ER in a small town. We are a branch of a much larger hosptial in a larger neighboring town. We see people every night with the diagonsis of pharyngitis, or sinusitus, or otitis meida, or conjunctivitis. (In lay terms thats a sore throat, or stuffy nose, or ear ache, or pink eye.) These people get quite upset that they sometimes have to wait longer because people come in with chest pain (and they are having a heart attack) or their arm is bent in a place it isn't supposed to be bent, or a woman only 22 weeks pregnant and in labor and these people are seen before them. What is their definition of an Emergency Room? We are not a doctor's office or the local county Health Department. And then when they check out without insurance they are shocked that they are asked to pay the bill. What is the mentality here? I just don't get it...

i never had any super good relationships in the past but ive been with a guy for almost 2 yrs now and i feel that maybe hes "the one" i know this is one of those "you have to figure it out on your own" stuff but i want advice and want to be sure.
