i got a wart kit today.....its not exactly working....is there anything i can do besides that and going to the doctor?

I was in a car accident four years ago (I was a passenger) and was struck by the airbag. I live with pain on a daily basis. My nose had to be fixed (I had a majorly deviated septum), months and months of physical therapy, chiropractic treatments, massage therapy...and now I am back to physical therapy again. I knew about my discs being bad -- but didn't know until two weeks ago that I have fliud on my spine. What would cause that? I am very concerned.

I'm a female to male transsexual. I'm very proud of the fact that I AM a trans person. I'm also a college student. Here's the dilemma. I am trying to apply for some glbt and trans scholarships, and one of them says I have to be open about my transgender status on campus and have to show that I'm making a contribution to promote transgender awareness. However, every time that I've clued someone in on my trans status, I start to get looked upon in a different light. They see me for what I USED to be, instead of what I NOW am. Is there a way to get past this? I've worked too hard and spent too much time, energy, tears, and money to still be seen as a female.

Ok i just found out that my ex boyfriends ex girlfriend has a picture of my baby daughter. she is only wearing a diaper and she put it on her website. I have bi-polar and I binge on candy and sweets. Halloween is in 2 days and that is hard on me with all the candy. A few days ago , I opened the bags of candy to organize it for trick or treaters . I picked some chocolate and hard candy out and put it a small ziploc bag and I wanted to make it last until halloween. It's almost gone. I only have a few blow pops and Jaw breakers.
While I am thinking of how to write this ; I guess I have a little stress going on in my life.Wednesday I am going out of town for a few days for a conference. I am supposed to dress nice- Kind of dressy but I am worried about what to wear if it's going to be cold . Last week it was snowing where I am going. I have a little obsessive problem . I want everything to be just right. So can anyone relate ? Any advice ?
