If you are uncomfortable with the picture being up on the internet, it does not matter what the reason is, she should take it down. Its your child...whats the ex doing with a picture of his and your baby?

You have asked her to take it down... Go to the police calmly explain the situation and ask if there is any legal action you can take that will force her to remove the picturefrom the website, return the picture if she has a hard copy and delete the pictuere from her computer system....
The police may be able to talk with her and accomplish the task even if there isn't a law...
Be sure to take webaddress and print screen information with you when you talk to the police so you can prove the picture is actually there as she may remove it before the police see it otherwise...
Don't speak with the woman again you are no doubt feeding her need for attention by asking her to remove it now is the time to get the polic or a lawyer to be the intermediary...

I guess it depends. Is she just putting it up there because she thinks it's a really cute picture of a baby and therefore means to use it only in the way that people use Anne Geddes pictures? (In other words, no harm intended.) Is she normally a pretty cool person? Most importantly, did she take it down when you asked her to? If she meant no harm and took it down when you asked, I'd let it go. If she didn't, then I might look into getting an order for it to be taken off. (Call a lawyer.)

How did she get the picture in the 1st place?
I'd be beyond angry.
If she wont voluntarily take it off after you've asked, get your ex to ask and if she still doesn't i'd suggest either ringing up the police or her service provider and seeing what your options are.

I think it entirely up to you and your husband to decide "anything" to do with your children, she had no right doing this with out your permission. I don't think it may do any harm, but none the less, your family's privacy, and peace of mind is your business, not hers. She needs to ask in the future

talk to the actually website provider if she won't take it off, and tell them that there is a picture of your baby on another persons site and you would like them to remove it.

Tell her if doesn't that you may call the police.... Maybe she will comply..... Its not her place to do that and disrespectful to you and the child also. What is her point of doing that anyway? Is she a sicko or trying to make you mad?

Demand that she remove it or else. You can report it to the police if she refuses. Do it ASAP, I would be furious as well.
