Shirt with puffy sleeves that can open in the front. Belt or sash. Tights with short (knee length) pants or skirt (depending upon sex look) in most cases pants. Pirate accessory (headband, hat, eyepatch or hook optional.)

Jagged hem cut-offs. Belt. White man's t-shirt - with the neck band removed and cut into a jagged scooped neck, and cut the sleeves in a jagged pattern. Tuck into your pants or cut off at midriff. Tie on a scarf around your head - wear jewelry and hoop earrings. ARGH!
