Wondering if this would be considered illegal in the US to send a bottle of Absinthe to a friend back in the States from Amsterdam?

Ok, this hasnt happened but 3-4 times in 2 years. I will be doing nothing special and it is as if my left eye focuses about a quarter of an inch higher than my right. which causes a kind of double vision.
i get no headache. no anything. after about 4-5 minutes it corrects itself and I can focus again.

It looks like I need to get my wisdom teeth out and although I can have it done under the normal local anesthetic you usually get it done under, I'm thinking about having it done under general in the hospital.

I know it costs more, so thats not an issue. What I want to know is what do they actually do to you when they put you under general. I have never had an operation under general anesthetic so I really don't know.

Do you have to fast beforehand?
Do you have to have a catheter?
Do you feel anything?
Are you awake at all/will you remember it?
Anything else I should know?

Any situation works here. Say, you're pointing out your favorite shoes in the store window and say, "I like those ones!" EVERY TIME- my boyfriend corrects me, "I like THOSE" Is it really bad english to add on "ones"??

For the past two days on the 6 PM Eastern Sportscenter, ESPN has started it's broadcast by talking about Drew Bledsoe being benched in favor of Tony Romo for at least 10 minutes!!
If it was another team, they would just get a few minute coverage, not 10 minutes!!

Just because they are "Amercia's team"?? -- please give me a break!!
