no its not because there americas team, its because, PARCELLS the ledgend was brought in, JULUIS JONES was outstanding on thanksgiving, BLEDSOE was brought it with a good history and history with parcells, then the duesche bag himself TO was brought in, ESPN prepared itself to analyze every move by the team to see if parcells could control TO, TO and bledsoe could coinsist, or if TO would finally change... all that put the COWBOYS under the microscope for the season, and since TO had an off week for causing drama besides the dropped 4th down pass, they have to talk about them and the issue right now is the QB's... its pretty ****** ridiculus, the NFL is becoming a circus and with all the young guys around in high school and college, there just gonna start getting more and more like ocho cinco, and TO, that the sport is going to turn into a ******* dance competition style and wristband show... totaly crap, there making rules about hits and celebrations that its becoming so passive almost like two hand touch!!! think of how much more time has been spent covering TO and his scherades, clinton portis his and his costumes, and chad johnson and his weekly rivalries... they have no respect for the game anymore.... think about the colts, they are seriously getting bored playing, they had a solid defensive linemen get his head stomped on, and they are just so used to killing everyone and expecting to win that they have no trash to talk about tennessee, they are so damn classy and so good, playin the game true! that I feel bad, they arent talking about it, cause nobody seems to notice...

In case if you've never heard Dallas Cowboys are "Americas Team". You'll hear all the sports commentators say that the Dallas Cowboys are "Americas Team". Not only that, but the on going search for a quarterback still continues because Drew Bledsoe is getting old and not as mobile as he used to be. Tony Romo has very little experience.

Since the Cowboys are considered "America's team" they are receiving more coverage. There has been so much controversy over the quarterbacks of The Cowboys. So many want Bledsoe gone. so many want Romo to start. Now it is finally happening and they apparently think that is the best thing to talk about. I am not a Cowboy's fan but it is pretty wild to see Bledsoe get benched. Now he may want to be traded because of it. I am sure they will have a special on that one day!

actually since the cowboys are my favorite team im kinda glad their getting all this attention :) Im loving it because i dont have to go searching online for all their information i just turn on the Tv and it goes like every 5 minuets. This is kinda a "BIG DEAL" because for Bill Parcells this is a VERY uncommmon thing. And bledsoe is a veteran being benched. I think this is right by the way,
1 WAY TO MANY SACKS
2 WAY TO MANY "Big Play" INTERCEPTIONS for bledsoe
hes just to old for this team :) Sorry your teams arent getting enough coverage but im glad for the cowboys they finally getting some popularity

the reason's why espn and all other football networks talk about dallas so much is because the expectations for the cowboys this year are huge for the fact that they added terrell owens and mike vanderjagt and because this is supposed to be bill parcells's last year that's the specualtion anyway plus the fact that now they have a qb controversy to top it off and the fact that jerry jones made his feelings known about the qb situation and the expectations that he placed on this team for this year plus any team that has terrell owens is gonna have a lot of publicity as well and the fact that they are america's team as well

Because they are the Cowboys--AMERICA'S TEAM. And they have a true circus at the QB position, the coach, the owner and of course ESPN's favorite T.O.
btw, I think the Green Bay Packers, the Pittsburgh Steelers or the San Fransico 49ers should be America's team. Not the Conboys.

Because they are a good team going through some bad times. Think about it "Haters". Bill P has one of his shining stars he has to put on the bench and use a good ole boy from Eastern Illinois (anybody know that?) to save the day. Its stuff books and movies are made off. See ya in the playoff Haters!!!! Well that is except you skins fans. LOL!!!!

1. Cowboys sux and everyone hates them.
2. They souldn't be Ameerica's team.
3. Both Romo and Bledsoe should be benched. They both stink at QB.

ESPN is constantly trying to have stories to talk about. The cowboys are a lightning rod mostly because TO is there. And since TO always has a story around him, keeping the cowboys in the news makes it easy to pick up TO stories. So even when he isn't making headlines, they focus on the cowboys.

They have everything that the media loves right now. A flamboyant owner, an opinionated coach, a prima donna, a QB controversy, the NFL's toughest division (according to Mike and Mike), and they feed off that crap. Personally I prefer a coach that avoids the press, an owner that stays in the shadows, little ego, a starting QB, and a really easy NFL division. Too bad I don't like the Patriots...
