I have often wondered what is the happiest size.
Men answer what size they like best.
Women answer what size they are or would like to be ( honestly)
Are you happy at a size 6 or sad?
Are you 18 and loving it or want to loose weight.

Please answer honestly.

For most people the size they are doesn't dictate on their over all happiness or unhappiness in life.
I would say that someone who is a size 6-8 is probably quite miserable. They usually obsess over every morsel of food that passes their lips- where is the fun in that?! As a rule this is not a natural size for an adult woman and takes some strict discipline to maintain! (I know there are exceptions with naturally petite women but they are rare). I'm currently a size 12, often a size 10 and now and again a 14.

It would depend on the woman's natural frame...

I am much happier at a size 12-14 than I was at a size 8. I have quite a large frame, and wide hips. When I was a size 8, I was in an eating disorders clinic, and being threatened with tube-feeding. It wasn't until I was back to nearly 8.5stone that I stopped being obsessive over my weight.
I think with some people (myself included), being a lower size just makes you feel more competitive; you must acheive the NEXT size down. I feel a lot less pressure at this comfortable higher size.

I am a size 8 and perfectly happy. I don't have to diet or exercise like a maniac to maintain this size, it's just the size I happen to be and it's the size I've always been. I don't like it when people assume that I'm image obsessed and sad to be the size I am. They automatically assume I must never eat, am shallow and have no personality. This couldn't be further from the truth.

I was a size 10 6months ago and am a size 12 now. I was definately a lot happier and had more self confidence when I was a size 10. I felt good in my clothes and shopping was fun because I really looked good in what I tried on. I avoid going to the shops these days because I know I will only be depressed and sad, because I look horrible in the mirror!

Im a size 8-10, i dont think I would feel too happy if I got to a size 16, as Im small framed and Id probably look like humpty dumpty! I know a lot of woman who are big, enjoy life and their food so good luck to them!

I'm a size 8 and i'm happy and healthy. I'd hate to be a size 18, you wouldnt be able to fit into any sizes, you'd be unhealthy, no energy, easily get sweaty. I think the majority of people who are a size 18 and say they are happy are lying.

im now a size 12/13, but there was a time when i was size 24+.
its not that i wasnt happy at the larger size, i really was. but i just wasnt healthy. so now that ive lost the weight, and am now a much more healthy person, im happy. plus my curves are kickin! so like everyone else has said..its your mindset. as long as you can love yourself no matter what size you are, others will see that too i guess.
