I plan to work in the GYM for a toned body. I realise that i would be lifting weights but i dont want to beef up (Arnold.......) . So i guess i'll be stuck with doing low weights more reps . My question is how many reps??
4 sets of 25 or 6 sets of 25 ?
i would be grateful if you could give me an idea.(No websites please)

Anyone else read how he got arrested for weapons charges and what not? Seriously, i listen to his songs about he's so tough and gonna drop everyone, but i guaruntee that im probably a better shot with my 7.62x39 mm assault rifle, or my 30-06 high power... And if its a fist fight he wants, my 185 pounds of fury would totally wreck his 6'0 140 lb self. The point is, you don't hear me singing songs about how bad-a i am, but here this little skinny weiner is telling us how he's gonna drop everyone like they're hot. At least 50 cent is big and scary... Snoop should stick to songs about smoking pot, and leave the tough talk to the bigger meaner looking guys.

I downloaded the latest Internet Explorer (EI7) and found out it has some problems of compatibility with Norton. While EI7 has really cool features, I would rather revert back to EI6 as I am comfortable with it and it works just fine. But how? Where can I download the old version? Will there be no problem downloading it if the new version is already installed?

Heres my situation, I love my boyfriend and Im a very friendly person I dont like to hurt people and I hug everyone well a couple comments to my best friend who happenes to be a guy saying that I love him and such made my bf mad but I love all of my friends the same and I say I love you to all f them well after a long night of tears and yells I was crying and my bf was feeling horrible he told me I did nothing wrong and I shouldnt feel bad but I do his last gf cheated on him and he said that this was kinda like what happened then too but Id never hurt him and now he feels bad for bringing up the whole thing and I feel bad for making him feel like this please what do I do I love him so much

I"m wondering if the cop that wrote me the ticket (speeding) didn't send it in. It was my first ticket EVER, (I am 32 and have been driving since 16), he was very nice. . .I was on a country road, it was sunny. I was doing 19 over the limit. He was so nice. . .he didn't take my licence away, he suggested to use cruise control and not to go 10mph over the limit. I called the county to pay the ticket and they couldn't find it. (I called two weeks after it was written.) She told me to call back in a week or so. I'll call next week, but I'm wondering if he is just not going to 'turn it in'? Like I said, this is my first ticket, I am new to this. THanks!

I am 18 and have always dealt with depression. My doctor just perscribed me Lexapro, but I am afraid that this is the beginning of a long road on anti-depressants, ups and downs, and withdrawals. It helps so much, though. Does anyone have experience with weening off such types of drugs? Are you okay once you're off it?

My mother has a special little tub that she puts the leftover bits of soap into. When it's full, she then shuts the lid and leaves it for a few days - hey presto! She has another bar of soap.

Only problem is, she bought it in the 1970s so even if she could remember where she got it, it's unlikely to still be on sale there.

My Auntie also has one that turns the little soap pieces into liquid soap, but she can't remember where she got hers either.

Meanwhile, I am left with lots of little bits of soap that are too small to use.

Can anyone help me to find a soap-saver? (if it's any use, I'm in Coventry, UK)
