My best guy friend and I have always had a bit of a thing for each other, but we never let it go anywhere. Neither of us had ever even acknowledged it, directly, to the other one until a month or so ago. In one night, we both admitted it, and some things changed. We decided we weren't going to pursue a serious relationship--we'd rather have our friendship in the end--but nonetheless, we've been flirting heavily and cuddling and the like.

The next thing that's coming, and we both know it, is a kiss. I've never been kissed before, but I know I want him to be the one to kiss me. The thing is, I know he won't, because there's still the whole potentially-jeapordizing-our-friendship thing. But I don't think that a kiss would do that, not to us, and I'd like us to.

So my question is--what do you think about the girl kissing the guy? Or, at least, me hinting something to him? Or maybe kissing him on the cheek to get the idea across...?

Been asking this question for a year now. My husband has detached. Long story but he became violent, I called police and he was humiliated in our town. He has calmed himself down and gotten a grip but he says he can't forgive me for what I DID. He still believes it was all my fault and he wouldnt have had to push me if I wasn't making him angry. I've got 23 yrs invested in this and I do love him...in fact, I forgive him. Trouble is has become a business partner here. He has his own bills, schedule and interests. If he is bored he'll ask me to go for coffee with him. He has detached completely. I am a Christian. How long do I have to endure this? Everyone keeps saying will you be better off w/o him but I have no way of knowing...married young and he's the only one I have ever lived with. Never been on my own. I am so very lonely I could scream. Took my first vacation alone last month. Had a great time..until the ride back home when I felt so empty and confused....lost.

My husband is the only one who works. I am a full time student. I can't get insurance because of my pre-existing conditions. With just his income, we would qualify for Pregnancy Medicaid. But, my dad passed away in December, and the money I get from his life insurance puts us over the limit. What other options do I have to pay for a pregnancy. Due to my health, mostly in part to my pre-existing conditions, we know I will have complications & have to have a C-Section. We are ready to have children, but don't seem to have any options on paying for the medical part of it. Any advice? Please, we are desperate for answers.

I have money and live well, enjoying the finer things. When I am dating someone that I really like, I take care of her in that way...dinners, gifts, trips, etc. That is the case now. I have not known her for very long, but I really like her. She does not have money (although she does fine) and I do not spoil her rotten, but I am pampering her just because she does not take anything for granted. She appreciates everything. I fear I went too far though, because now she bought me a very expensive watch as a gift. Of course I love it, and I love that she picked it out and put so much thought into it. I feel it is just too expensive though, and I fear it is my fault, for buying her things like that on several occasions. Anyway, I feel guilty. I feel like I need to talk to her about it or something. Help me out. Women in particular, what you want done if you were her?

My roomate thinks i am hypocrite.

Whever she does somethign that I dont like and I tell her, she brings up stuff that I have done in the past.

The thing however, is that these things that she brings up, I was not even aware of. To me if you have a problem with me, why dont you just tell me right there and then? WHy wait til weeks later?

I feel like she never really had problems with the things I did or she woulda said something. The fact that she brings it up now, after Ive told her about somethign i did not like, makes me think she is doing it out of spite.

Therefore I dont give her a chance. I feel like she had plenty of chances to say how she felt so why is it now she got something to say?

I am 18, and all my girlfriends have very serious boyfriends and are practically engaged. I have no desire for a serious boyfriend, and I am not all worried about getting married. They all say I will be single the rest of my life. Is it ok that I'm not worried about having a boyfriend?

Ok so I'm 17 and towards the end of last school year(like April/May) I was trying to go out with this girl(she's a grade younger). We knew each other from school but not that well. She lives a couple blocks away so I randomly went over one day and we went for a walk around the lake and we had a good time. The next week I asked her to hang out and she said yea and she gave me her number. But when i called she said she was busy and I tried twice more in the following weeks but I was out of luck. I never really understood what went wrong, I thought she was into me but then she seemed to just shut off. Anyway, I've started to have a crush on her again and I want to give it another shot, but I'm not sure what to do. I mean, if she liked me then she had her chance so maybe there's no point. And I wouldn't want to ask her again and then have to go through the same charades as last year, plus, it would probably be awkard to bring up again. Any advice?

If you absolutly had to pick one, what would it be?
I would pick boredom, although I'm not one-hundred percent sure that is an emotion, but it sure would be nice to eliminate it.
