i have been on holiday for 1 week now and since there are no commitments in the morning i sleep at 6am and wake up at 4pm and i have my university starting in 2 days and iam trying to get my sleeping habits back to normal what can i do to do that please help ????

I've use Yahoo as my email host for years but have not been getting my emails for over a week. I've contacted their "help" site and have heard no response, probably because I'm not receiving emails!
