I really want to start running. It would feel so good to run outside and enjoy the outdoors and I know it would be theraputic. Where do I start? Can I start out running at my weight?

I have a son who is doing his Ph.D. in the US. He is taking the mood stabilization drug sodium valporate prescribed by an Indian Doctor and continued by another Nepali, mental doctor. He is highly intelligent and can apply himself very intensely to anything, has a history of mild drug addiction and very vulnerable to addiction of any kind. I am here in Nepal and always worried about his mental frame. Right now he seems quite happy and stable, but a slightest disturbance can upset him. The doctor who was treating him here advised him to carry along the medicine for at least 6 months and consult a doctor and if you feel fine can quit the midicine. I would like to know what are the chances of relapse once he gets completely alright and quits the drug?

I have been taking prenatal vitamins for a week or so and missed a period. I have had very tender and swollen breasts. I Toulk an at home pregnancy test, ept, and it said that i was pregnant, so i toulk another and it said i was pregnant as well. i just wondered can prenatal vitamins cause it to show a false positive?

I currently have a very good friend who I have sept with once since we stopped dating. He now has a girfriend and I want her to know that he is stepping out on her....I have written her e-mails and talked to her, but I keep telling him that it is not me. I tell him that it is her and luckily he believes me. I still have strong feelings for him and I would do anything, such as what I have done, to get him back. Hello people, Im 17 years old and in in the 11th grade...well my problems is that my mom past away 2 years ago..since my mother died i been living with my older sister shes only a year older than me...well i live with her and her boyfriend...now the situation is that i dont even trust my sister anymore because shes aways with him and she never has time for me i feell soo lonly all i have is my boyfrined that i lvoe so much!! he's always puts a smile in my face..and my best friend that always cheers me up..but i wish my sister was different and she also wants to control my life ...she gave me a cingular line with hers and her boyfriend but now she took it away 4 some reason i just dont know why she acts like that she gets mad at me everytime she argues with her man!! abd she also took my computer away too!! please people tell me something im going crazy!!! Ok its not my case but my bf's he says he wasnt dreaming cause he was wide awake but he couldn't move his body and he tried to scream but couldn't than he started hearing people talking and moaning in pain and he felt as if someone was pushing him...can anyone help???

He could have included germ theory instead of talking about skin spot with or without hair.
