Make friends and get to know people. My guess is, ultimately and before long you'll become more popular than the goodlooking ones.

You simply can't get everyone's attention. But just being yourself will get someone's attention.

Do you flirt ?
Eye contact ?
Do you wear sexy clothes, short skirts, tight tops..
Bend over in front of them ?
Use some casuel body contact, brush up against them...
I guarantee they will notice you...
