Ok its not my case but my bf's he says he wasnt dreaming cause he was wide awake but he couldn't move his body and he tried to scream but couldn't than he started hearing people talking and moaning in pain and he felt as if someone was pushing him...can anyone help???

Sounds like he was visited by a spirit, I've had similar experience but it was in between a dream. Is he sure he wasn't coming out of a dream and felt this way?

Does he drop acid? Just kidding... I had something like that happen once, but I was trying to fall asleep, just not there yet. It was sort of like an awake dream, saw someone motioning to me to come towards them, still sort of creeps me out.

Sometimes people get so tired that they do dream while semi-conscious. Sleep deprivation is a hallucinogen. I would suggest that he take some Tylenol PM to get some true REM sleep.

ok well i dont kw if this is what he had happen to him, but i was sleeping then i woke up but i couldn't move and i tried to scream and i couldn't.. i personally thought i was dying, but any ways im not really sure what happened i think i was still sleeping but my eyes just opened up and i could c stuff, not sure..

It's called Night Terror's, if it continues he should see a Dr. and see if they have a medication that could help.

if it wasnt a dream and he's sure..i'd say get a professional..it might be something very serious..it's worth looking into..it's definitely not normal..
