There doesn't appear to be a clear reason as to what is causing me to wake up like this. It's at generally the same time each night, for almost a week now. I can usually fall back asleep fairly quickly, but not always. What may be causing this? How can I stop it?

I would like some advice on how to appropriately confront a women(who is my husband's cousin's wife) who continues to gently flirt with my husband when we are around her. It's not major flirting, I am not angry...just annoyed at the the women, and would like to confront her in a mature manner. She's the piano player and chior director at our church, she's S. I am going to get a free two hour massage after school on monday, and a treatment, at my moms friends house, she's a massage therapist in training, and heals things. Because I have been having leg and back problems, actually doesn't have to do with going through puberty said my doctor. Anyway, Not sure what it is. But anyways. I'm in 9th grade and I have to pick a book that's non-fiction and/or a book by an ethnic author (asian, african-american, etc). I can't really decide what kind of book I want to read. I love Jane Eyre, The Tenth Power (part of the Chanters of Tremaris trilogy), and Eragon/Eldest. Yes, I know these are fiction and most of these are fantasy books but something like that. Full of adventure, romance. Just a wonderful book that gives you a rush after you're read it. Yeah, I'm just a little specific.....(I just read The Tenth Power and it's like my new all-time favorite)

*If you want to read The Tenth Power, you should first read The Singer of All Songs and The Waterless Sea (in that order). Amazing trilogy!!!
