I am not sure of any program straight out of high school.
Assuming that you are qualified, you still have to go talk to a recruiter, complete all the paper work, physical, and GET IT IN WRITING if you want to go to flight school.
you will still have to go through boot camp, upon completion of boot camp, (if it is still the same) you will get SGT and be sent to your next training.
It would be a great help if you decided to get your associate degree before entering service but that is a personal decision.
(It also means more money and rank when you do enter)

Another consideration is Warrant Officer training. If I could do it again, I would go Warrant.
I would reccomend that you go talk to your local recruiter, and ask them pointedly what your options are. ALL the options.
Then go talk to your local National Guard Command, speak with the retention officer or First Sgt. and ask them about ALL the options that are available.
Whatever you do, DO NOT settle for something just to get in. (If you want to be happy in your job and career,)

Good Luck

I have no idea how the Army is but in the Marines you have to be an NCO before you can even apply for warrant Officer...I doubt any service lets HS kids go right to W.O. school...I mean think about it, you are the most Jr. person in the Army, why would they think sending you to W.O school made sense...ya know? You have to pay your dues kid.
