THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HEARD. IT SEEMS THE CHARITIES HAS GOTTEN INTO HIS HEAD TO OPPOSE ADOPTION.... THIS GUY IS ILLITERATE, POOR FARMER, WHAT DOES HE KNOW ABOUT WHAT'S BEST FOR HIS SON.
HE'S BEING EXPLOITED BY THESE SO CALLED CHARITIES TO SERVE THEIR AGENDA OF BEING COMPLETE MORONS.
I NEVER DONATE TO CHARITIES BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL MORE INTERESTED IN FAME AND CELEBRITY FOR THEMSELVES. THIS BOY WILL LIVE LIKE A KING . WHAT CAN BE OUTWEIGH THIS FACT TO MAKE A STINK ABOUT MADONNA'S ADOPTING THIS KID. SOME CHARITIES ARE FULL OF IDIOTS WHO THINK THEY ARE GOD AND KNOW WHATS BEST FOR EVERYONE. ITS TOO BAD THAT MOST CHARITIES THAT DO GOOD WORK IS RUINED BY FEW BAD SEEDS THAT STEAL PEOPLES MONEY AND WASTE IT ON SELF-SERVING EGO STROKING. I HOPE U THESE PEOPLE BURN IN HELL . It is very sick and i have told him just that...but he "laughs wickedly"...i feel it is annoying....He will say ..."your ignoring the problem...I will say..." i am aware of the problem.."i chose not to dwell on it"....he will again (annoying and argumentative) Yes you are, you are ignoring it....i will politely say...No i am not...this keeps going on...what is his problem and what can i do to change the subject...????or what can i say that will STOP him...we disagree alot...but i am nice about it...he gets aggressive about stuff...he was a football coach and comes unglued....i am the total opposite...

Some missionaries came by my house yesterday from the Church of God they were excited about the bible and spitting some good stuff about keeping the sabbath day holy which my church doesn't do but we do have a pretty good understanding of the bible from our teachings. The reason I ask is because one of the missionaries referred to the church as "The Family" that made me think are they a cult because I've heard of this family on the news and it wasn't good things. It would help if you know the facts or some facts on the topic that I'm speaking on instead of giving me your empty thoughts I don't want thoughts I want facts thank you!

My friend is obsessed with a druggie. I hate him and she knows that. She asked me to go to the park and go see him. But i didnt want to and she doesnt want to go alone. Now that i wont go with her, shes mad because she cant see him. She keeps telling me im not a good friend, and i never do anything with her, and if i ever asked to do anything she would do it. I can never make the right choice, I always have to do what she wants or she will get mad at me. This really hurts me and i hate it. I told her how shes making me feel guilty but that makes her say stuff even more so i feel even more guilty. Shes also Bi polar. Does that have anything to do with it? What should i say?

wow lots of comments too bad profiles don't show how old people are. too bad it wasn't more like a forum so one could reply. maybe it is I'm new here... She has agreed to councilling first for her then together so that is good. We still have sex. We still have fun and laugh. but there is definatley ditance between us. I have confronted her and she denies it. We live in a small town so eventually it will come out if she is. financially we can not run 2 house holds. she does not work. and with our debt load I can not pay 2 mortgages. as well as child and spousal support. any ideas on how to prove it one way or the other, without her getting wise and covering her tracks? I am initiating councilling and have told her i will change anything she wants me to .As well I am changing things that I know I have to as well thanks

Owners of an end of terrace house also 'own' a detached garage near to the property but have no supporting paperwork to prove this ownership.

The grandparents of the current owners paid for the garage in cash approximately 40 years ago and there was no paperwork for this transaction. The small plot of land that the garage is on belongs to the Coal Board (or whatever they are called today) on which there is no 'coal board' activity whatsoever. When the current owners bought the house (approx. 20 years ago) there was no mention of the garage in the paperwork but it was passed on through the family relationship.

The current owners wish to sell their house and would like to include the garage in the sale in order to increase the value of the property.

Where do they stand on ownership of the garage and how do they go about obtaining the necessary paperwork to prove this to facilitate the sale of the house? Are there any implications that we need to know about?
