I have slept with my contacts in, but it's not something I'd advise. It's safe to take a shower them in, as long as he closes his eyes when he washes his face or his hair. He would not want to go swimming with them in.

It depends upon what brand of lenses he has. I sleep in mine no problem, and take showers as well. I use Acuvue Advance.

If he has any questions, he needs to call his eye doctor and find out the specifics for his brand. I know some brands recommend not sleeping in them for prolonged times because it can cause infection.

You can take short naps while wearing contacts without a problem. I wouldn't suggest sleeping a full night in them though.

He needs to make sure he cleans them daily. There can be a build-up on them that can actually harm his eyes if he doesn't.

It depends on the type of contact lenses. I once had contacts that I could sleep. Ask your eye doctor, he prescribed them, he can tell you.

yes you can take naps in them but be careful. you can also take showers in them too but also becareful not get water in his eyes. do not sleep in them over night it will cause the eye to get red. make sure your eyes do not get dry they must stay damp.
