OK, here is the scenario. I use to be able to do 35 pushups in 1 go with average speed. But later i found out it will only build my muscle endurance, not strength if i maintain that speed. So, i started doing it very slowly. The first time i tried it, i could do 20 times (slow speed), the second time, i could only do 15 times, the third and fourth time, i could only go 13 times. Why the sudden decline in the number of times?
