Ladies,
I was once on Depo Provera, the shot should have expired Aug06. I cannot come on my cycle..this is causing me to breakout.
Do any of you know of any natural "things" I can do to help my body regulate????

been three years since I last had a depo shot...I still don't have my period...taking that shot is like playing russian roulette, some woman have no problems with it...but the ones who do go to hell and back and may never get their bodies back to normal.
Do a search for depo provera and click on the one site that is abcmarketing.....(sorry I don't know how to put the address on here)go there and check out the stories of women on there. There are thousands of women who have gone through what you are going through.
I've tried everything 'natural' that I can to get by body back to normal. I want a baby and I really doubt that's going to happen after having that shot!

Nope they is nothing you can do to get your period started again, I have been on it for 6 years and when I stop it it can be anywhere to 3 months to 9 months! Usually once you do start your period again it will be either a one day spotting or a 2 week straight misery, go in and get checked for PID it is very common to get after being on Depo for 3 or more shots! Ok I was on Depo but came off it now on pill, anyway I was told it can take up to a year to get out of your system, if you are feeling a bit "crazy" like pmt try evening primrose oil or "magnesium ok " tabs from chemist, my nurse told me about these.They help to regulate your system but check with the chemist first.

it can take up to a year for your cycle to return to normal after you come off Depo. Most women return to normal with in 6 months though. There is nothing that is going to make you have your period.

natural--just wait. Or try a form or not so strong birth control---the pill, or the Nuva Ring. They can help to regulate you.
