How can I make my wireless internet connection via my neightbor stronger?

I have a mutual wireless internet connection from my neighbor in a three unit (converted house), my neighbor lives in the unit across from me - I initially bought a Belkin wireless to connect and decided I wanted to move the computer to the other bedroom so I bought a wireless antenna to make the signal stronger - as of late my signal has been at a constant "low" or "very low" which has hindered my moving the computer to the new room. Is there something I can do to make the signal stronger so I can move the computer out of my living room?

How do you make the white background of a picture invisible?

I have a picture that i need to overlap on another but when i try to do this it goes close to the picture but not all the way. It leaves a lot of white right around the picture. How can I remove the stuff that it left easily.

Need help finding name/artist of a song. +10pt reward!?

It had a jamacian sound to it and the hook line was "baw da baw da bang da dang diggy-diggy" or something very similar to that. I've had that line stuck in my head and can't get it out.

I am not sure when it was released, though I have a feeling it might be recent. Any help would be appreciated!

My newborn has a stuffy nose?

The doc told me to use saline drops and a bulb syringe. It's *sort of* working. Can any experienced moms or dads give me any other suggestions or tips? I hate to watch her sniffle. She's 6 weeks old, by the way.
