I have a picture that i need to overlap on another but when i try to do this it goes close to the picture but not all the way. It leaves a lot of white right around the picture. How can I remove the stuff that it left easily.

You will need to use the 'magic wand' tool in photoshop on a tolerence level of around 20 then press delete. For all white areas on the image, select a white bit with 'magic wand' tool then go to 'select' menu and select 'similar' and press delete. Hope this helps!

if your using programs such as microsoft word u can insert the pic then right click on it go to format choose layout then click other. you will see white boxes on the boarder of your image, u can now make it any size u want and drag it where ever you want, then click on it again and choose behind text. this should get rid of all that white.

if your using paint program then use the eraser to erase all the white. save it and it should be fine. hope this helps

You can do this simply on Microsoft Paint. Under the "image" menu, uncheck 'draw opaque'
