Let's say you live in, say, Toronto. Suddenly, the Earth explodes. Does Toronto disappear? So what then was Toronto? And if a small comet hits Canada and obliterates half of the city, do you have Half a Toronto left? i.e., can half of a place disappear?

We tend to measure places by area, so, how deep down or high up does a place begin or end? Is the tip of the CN Tower the top end of the city, or is it the stratosphere? Does the Toronto Municipality have any jurisdiction 2 miles under the ground??

I got my eyebrow pierced on Sept 2nd of this year, it was doing real well. Recently I noticed a lump on the right side of the lower whole, kind of looks like a pimple. The isn't much crust around the lower whole and there is no crust around the top. When I clean my piercing and remove to crust and go to turn the jewelry a little bit of clearish liquid with a hint of yellow come out when I push on the lump. It isn't read that much and it only hurts a tiny bit. Is this a sign of infection? If so, what can I do to avoid going to the Dr.?

i went out on wednesday night and had a few pints.not more than i usually do.i cant remember how much but i was able to successfully navigate my way through munichs´(germany)subway system and get home in one piece.im not an alcholic but do enjoy the occasional pint.can it be,that the older one gets,the more severe the side effects or hangover is that one experiences.im now 34 years old and this is the first time that ive felt sick for 2 days.please help with your answers.

My home network has a connection that I also use on my wireless computer. A bubble pops up at the bottom of the screen saying "Connected to: 2WIRE389 Signal Strength: Excellent".
All is well for a few minutes until the bubble pops up again and says " Connected to: wireless Signal Strength: Good" or some other connection/signal strength. I get the error message on my screen saying that my computer can't find a connection. I then have to rt click on the connection icon, goto "View Available Wireless Connections and click on 2WIRE389. After a few seconds, it allows me to reconnect with my home network and then 2 minutes later the same thing happens. How can I get my 2Wire389 connection to stay locked on at home?
